Keto  Caesar Dressing in 5 mins

Instead of worrying about how many carbs a Keto salad dressing has, or which to choose from – you could make your own in just about the same amount of time. In fact, it’ll be done in just under 5 minutes. It’s almost pure fat, so your carb counts don’t have to go into distress and it’s super keto friendly, so you don’t have to worry about getting fats in.
Make sure that you add extra parmesan to your salad. Typically a  Keto Caesar salad  dressing will include parmesan into the recipe, but here  its  made  quick and easy with mayonnaise. If you use parmesan in the keto salad dressing itself, it tends to get too thick and slightly clumpy.


Yields 1 cup (16 tablespoons) of Keto 5 Minute Caesar Dressing
The Preparation
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 ½ teaspoons anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about ½ a lemon)
1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
¾ cup mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Mince 3 cloves garlic, or use a garlic press to save time. Add this to a large bowl.

2. Add anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and dijon mustard to the garlic and whisk together.

3. Add the mayonnaise into the bowl and whisk until everything is combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve, preferably on a Caesar salad with freshly shaved Parmesan!

This makes a total of 1 cup of Keto 5 Minute Caesar Dressing. Each serving of 1 tbsp. comes out to be 100.39 Calories, 10.74g Fats, 0.51g Net Carbs, and 0.54g Protein.

Keto Ranch Salad  Dressing

Nutritional values (per serving, 1/4 cup)
Total Carbs  1.7 grams     Fiber 0.3 grams Net Carbs 1.4grams Protein 0.9 grams  Fat 25.1grams of which Saturated 6.8grams Calories 233 kcal

Ingredients (makes ~ 1 1/4 cup, 4-6 servings)
1/4 cup sour cream (58 g/ 2 oz)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (60 ml)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (you can make your own) (110 g/ 3.9 oz)
2 medium spring onions (30 g/ 1.1 oz)
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley or 2 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp freshly chopped dill or 1 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste (I like pink Himalayan salt)
Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of water if too thick

Dairy-free option:
instead of sour cream for your salad dressing : 1/4 cup mayonnaise or “creamed” coconut milk
instead of heavy whipping cream: 1/4 cup coconut milk


For this Keto Salad dressing finely chop the herbs and spring onion. Peel and mince the garlic. Place the sour cream, heavy whipping cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Add the chopped herbs, garlic, spring onion, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined. Serve immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
